libfwsi1 software package provides Windows Shell Item format access library, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfwsi1
libfwsi1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfwsi1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfwsi1 *
You will get with libfwsi1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
